Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
Liens from Indiana to various state locations.
I manufacture a product for company ''A'' and ship to several locations. Company ''A'' has filed chapter 11 and suggests that I file liens to these locations for payments.
Question: Where and how do I process liens for products shipped to various state locations?
Thank You!

Re: Liens from Indiana to various state locations.
If company A has filed BK already, it may be too late to file liens for products shipped prior to the filing of the BK-you need to get to a commercial attorney immediately-the time limits are extremely short to file liens.
If you have sales post BK, any liens have to approved by the court and you will need to hire counsel to assist.
