We are currently in the process of fileing bankruptcy and we had our 341 meeting today the trustee said to find it a no asset case. With this decission about how much longer untill my family and I can put this whole mess behind us and continue on with a normal life? When will we be able to obtain a vehicle because ours was reposed during the case?

It will take about two months for the computer to spit out the notice that your discharge has been granted (which means the bankruptcy case is over).
How soon you can get another car is the decision of the lending institutions you check out, not really a legal issue.
You can probably get going on that now. You're not the first folks to file for bankruptcy protection, and you won't be the last.
There are programs to help folks like you.
Best of luck to you.
