Can a second mortgage be added into a bankruptcy My home value dropped 80,000 and all my creditors have doubled my payments and raised interest rates so I cannot even use my cards anymore, and lowered the limits on my cards so I cannot even if I wanted to

In some circumstances, during a chapter 13 bankruptcy the 2nd mortgage can be eliminated if the value on home is less than what is owed on the first mortgage.
