Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
Have not paid my credit card bills in 2 years
I have not worked very steady in the past 2 years and i have not paid my credit card bills in over 2 years-6 different credit card companies,i get letters from different collection agencies saying the accounts have been turned over to them for collection but no action has been taken against me.Is there a statue of limitations on my debts for non payment (if i do not pay them for x amount of years they are forgotten)? Or will i have to file bankruptcy?

Most credit cards are contractual in nature, so the statute of limitations on them would be determined by that state's laws. That could range from 6 to 10 or more years.
