Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
I received a Discharge of Debtor letter for a person that rents a home from me. She is current on her rent and her lease has run out. If she signs a new lease, will she be obligated to pay the monthly rent? If not, since there isn't a current lease, can I tell her she has to move? Where do I stand legally with her? Thank you
