Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
My sister is about bankupcty. She is on the loan for my car, if she includes this in her bankupcty is there a chance I will lose my car in her bankupcty.

She HAS to list the debt. Your lender could treat the bankruptcy as a default, but likely won't if you keep paying. There is a chance you could lose the car.
