Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I am a 50% owner along with one other 50% owner of an Indiana based LLC. We are ending our partnership in this calendar year and I will become the 100% of the business entity name. All our assets in our business bank account will be distributed. The question I have is to remove my partner from any tax association with the LLC going forward do we need to officially dissolve that LLC or can this be achieved through an amendment, thus keeping the same LLC active?
