Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
My 22 year old daughter just graduated with her BSN. She went to buy a used 2007 Malibu. The dealership took her credit report and approved the loan. She signed all of the paper work, drove off of the lot with the car. They took her old car in as a trade in and she purchased full coverage insurance. The dealership has called her back now stating that since she is not yet employed by a hospital pending her state boards that she needs to return the car as her loan has not been approved. She has had the car for 2 weeks. Does she have any recourse? I have never heard of anything like this.

Something sounds odd. I would contact a local attorney and bring the paperwork with you for review.
