Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I have 3 years contracts with my customers to provide linen rental service. If I sell them to another party are they still binding on the customer? My contract is silent on this situation.

Not binding. These are the kind of things that should be taken to a lawyer to draft so that it's done right.
