Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I am 16 years old and trying to trademark the name of a small business i want to start. I tried to trademark it online but it was 150$ with a 350$ government fee. I'm afraid that this other place is trying to steal my idea. Is there anything cheaper i can do?

I am sure that there is an "Idiots Guide to Trademarks" lines that you could read and determine how to do it yourself.
