Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
My 16yr old extended my family cell phone contract by 2 years by pressing a button on automated Verizon service. Is this legal, how can I get Verizon to go back to original contract date? Is a minor allowed to do this?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say minors are not capable of entering into valid contracts, like Verizon. The hurdle you have is convincing Verizon that your 16-year old is the one who extended the phone contract. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
