I am an independant pizza operator. I wanted to do an ad in which I weigh my pizza and competitors like topping pizza's naming them when I weigh them. Is this legal? Thank you

Re: advertising law
It is a comparison advertisement, I see nothing wrong with it but one thing. You had better document the whole process and be accurate. Any slip ups and the competitors will come after you for false advertising.

This is acceptable as long as the information is true.
