Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

I applied and received a job from a company who does mystery shoppers. ASAP, Inc aka Dollar Frog. They sent me a cashier's check for $3900 to assignments, but I to fax into the company a signed contract(included in packet) before the cashier's check would be activated. My question is I do not understand there break down of monies and when I tried to contact company 317-495-1387 to ask questions, was told by automated system no one was reachable at this time and voice mail was full. Makes me think twice. I need to understand everything I'm getting involved with and I do not understand the contract they sent me. Would it be possible to fax to you for review and maybe explain to me in plain english what it says.
