Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I belong to a local art gallery. I photograph toys for toy photography art pieces. If I use a brand name toy, like Hasbro, in my photo then sold it would it be legal? Would the toy company want some money if they knew what I was going?

You cannot use a registered and copyrighted logo or trade name without permission if you are going to make a profit while doing so.
