booster fees
My daugthers are in gymnastics and the private owned gym is trying to charge booster fees is this legal? They say it goes for the coaches hotels and gas money which is not all true!

In the abstract - hard to say. I assume there is a contract that controls. If so, get an attorney to take a look at it. If no contract, there is not enough detail to give you a good answer.
