Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
breach of contract
I purchased a car from a dealership june 23rd and got financed through the dealer through a credit union after signing all the paperwork and taking the car home with me a week and a half later (july2nd) i got a call from the dealership saying the loan didnt get approved bc they have a minimum loan amount to be financed so basically they were going to up the car price and give me my down payment back to ''make up the difference'' so i could keep the car although they couldnt show me any denial letter or proof of me owing anyone anymore money, since i have copies of the paperwork stating what i bought the car for and was approved already for what do i do to resolve this matter in a timely fashion?
