Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
my brother recently loaned my cash to purchase a moped and he made me sign a loan contract and now he isnot giving me the keys what can i do?

Although you may have lent money to your brother, this doesn't automatically give you rights to use the moped. I would recommend that you sit down with your brother and negotiate this situation so that everyone is happy.
