Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
If a business has been administratively dissolved, but still has assets under that business llc name, such as real estate, are you legally allowed to sell those assets under a contract, since your not continuing with normal business matters, merely looking to liquidate and close the final assets? Would the real estate contract just require the business officers to sign the llc name and c/o their own names.?
