Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Business Bankruptcy
I have been given advice by my lawyer that my business or I, it was really unclear which, should file for bankruptcy. I will meet with him again next week and clarify which. How do I begin the journey to figuring out, for myself, if this is the best path(whichever entity needs to go bankrupt)? Second opinion? A Nolo book on bankruptcy? Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated.

You should go about this differently. First go in and see him for details, then review what he suggests by contacting someone else or using research materials
