Doing Business As
My boss owns 2 companies and I need to find out how to use one company as a ''doing business as''. I need to find info so that we can legally do this!

An attorney can prepare a recordable form to file in the county where the companies are doing business-the cost would be nominal but the filing would inure the protection of the entities to the d/b/a name
