If busines''A'' is owned by a parent company''B'', and business ''A'' closes it's doors, is company ''B'' liable for company ''A'''s debt? No bankruptcy has been declared. Can one sue company ''B''? thanks

That depends on a number of factors. You need to hire an attorney to do a preliminary investigation. Once that is completed, the attorney should be able to guide you properly. Good luck.
