Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
business dissolution
co-owner has asked to buy me out. I have now found where she changed the business advertisement in yellow pages and other places to her cell phone number only! This was done 3 months ago behind my back and paid for through the business. What is my legal rights here? I feel I can't trust her now at all, and I am wondering what else she is doing/ has done. What is a fiduciary duty?

Re: business dissolution
With no idea of what type of business entity was used to set up the business, then about all I can suggest is get yourself to a lawyer tomorrow.
