Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
If doing business online and over long distance, what are the best ways to secure the abiding of a contract?
To specify, I am running a group that is based somewhat on social media and works through it since we are in different locations. I am devising a contract to secure everything. If they were to crucially and severely break the contract but delete their social media, and I only have their email, would I be able to track them via their email to hold them accountable for breaking the contract? And if not, what would be the best way to hold them accountable through such a contract?

There is really no good way to accomplish what you want to do. Cash in advance always works best.
