is there a statute of limitation for a seller to go back to the buyer on a business purchase agreeement (if they feel they found inaccuracies once in the business)

Yes, you need to contact an attorney because there may be different causes of actions and each one could have a different statute date. For example if it is a breach of contract, that is ten years generally. However, fraud is 6 years. Additionally, your contract may have a
limitation.
