Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
My car dealership is giving me the run around. They won't send me a statement of how much I owe. They want me to send my payment to a company that's owned by the same guy but has nothing to do with the car dealership. There car lot is empty and no one is ever there. What should I do ?

You are entitled to a statement of what is owed. You should only send your payments to the person or entity from which you took the loan. Perhaps you should have an attorney look into this for you.
