do i have to carry insurance if people sign wavers
I am getting ready to start a paintball business on my land , if I have costumers sign a waver and liability form do I have to carry insurance to protect me or will the waver protect me from any issues if all risks are covered in the form

Plain and simple, buy the insurance. A clever lawyer will certainly come up with a way around the waiver. Additionally, the waiver does not prevent someone from filing a lawsuit, it is merely a defense. Without insurance, you would have to hire an attorney to defend you in a lawsuit.
