Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Hi! I own a children’s princess party company in Indiana. Do I need a cosmetology license to put press-on nails on kids and do their hair as a part of a kid’s birthday party? No nail painting (although I am interested in hearing about the laws around this as well), no hair cutting or coloring, just a very very simple little princess makeover to make their event more magical.
