Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
our church had a business credit card; the previous pastor took it with him when he resigned. He used the card, kept it paid up until he was laid off.
The previous pastor had his name on the card, as well as the church's name.
Card went to collections; what should we do.

Without seeing the agreement this cannot be answered. I suggest that you consult with counsel. I would think that you could get a consultation, review of the cardholder agreement and
advice for about $200 or so.
