Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
A clientof mine finance his insurance premiums through our office. We forwarded the money to the insurance company. He then cancelled his policy and the insurance company sent him the return premium check. He cash it and will not pay us back. Is his act criminal in anyway?

I dont know if this is the kind of fraud that your local prosecutor would be interested, but you should contact the office and see. It does sound like you have a civil action.
