Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Hi. I'm a college student in Indiana and I wanted to know if it was illegal to sell your used panties online? I need a way to make some extra money and I read a article about a girl who did it for the sake of a experiment. I want to know can I do it legally or how to do it legally. Do I create a LLC under a vague business name? How do I pay my taxes to the IRS for this extra income? Can you please explain all the legalities of doing this legally and safely?
