Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
commission pay back
My employee handbook states that I must pay back commission. If I was terminated due I have to pay them back. the other problem is that my pay was guarteed with no draw recovery when I started and then switched to draw recover later. No follow up, after the payplan changed, ''notice of payback'' was ever mentioned. Also, i received the notice of payback after I filed my EEOC -age discrimination case. I know for a fact they haven't tried to collect in the past from other employees

Re: commission pay back
It sounds like you might have a retaliation claim to make with the EEOC.
