Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
If a company has collected a large batch of emails for their newsletter and I have access to those emails, is it unlawful for me to utilize those emails for my personal use without the said company knowing, if I'm certain my use of the emails breaks no law? My use of the emails will not interfere with the company in any way.

If the emails were not intended to be viewed by you by the sender, it is improper for you to access and use them. Further, if they are part of the company's business regimen, they may be part of the company's proprietary rights. Overall, you do not have a right to use the emails without express permission.
