Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

A consulting client recently asked to provide a service which we don't specialize in. We found a different company who does provide the particular service. Instead of putting our client in touch with the other company, we want to make a contract between us and our client for the service which then we will have different company provide for our client. My question is, can I enter into contractual agreement with my client for the service provided by third party?

You run the risk of offending and alienating your client by doing this. You client has no obligation or reason to sign a contract with your company which limits the client's ability to seek services from a third party.
