Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I have a contract with a company that has a starting date as of july 2009,however there is no expiration date on contract all it says is this contract may be cancelled at anytime with a 30 day notice. the company informed me that they were no going to renew my contract as of june 30th 2010,said it was a 1 year contract,I disagree they gave me a 4 day notice. Do I have a case to recieve the monthly consulting fee i feel owed to me?

As you state your contract requires a 30-day notice to cancel, and they only gave you a 4-day notice, you have a legal leg to stand on. The question is how difficult and costly is it to proceed, and what are you chances of ultimately collecting some money. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
