Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
contract obligation not completed
I purchased a website business back in Aug 07. I signed a bill of sale contract that included all the items to be provided to me with the sale. The seller did not provide me with all the items. He did however cut the price of the sale in half and this was because he had already recieved that half from me. Now I am stuck with half of what I signed in the contract to purchase. Do I have any action to take since the contract was not fulfilled or should I not pursue anything since the original price was cut in half and in realty I probably got half of the items in the contract?

Re: contract obligation not completed
I think not. From your facts, it appears you agreed to the contract modification.
