Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I have a contract for trash services through my business. I tried to cancel but they are holding me to the 60 day cancellation by certified mail. Otherwise the contract renews at the same terms. Part of the contractual terms were specified price increases for each year of service. They have increased my rates outside of the contractual terms numerous times during the three year term. I have contested this and they provided me credits for the increases after significant follow-up on my part. Is this grounds for me to get out of the contract?

It might be. But you'll need to take the contract to an attorney to review. Your acceptance of the credits may negate your right to rescind.
