Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

I have a contracting company for General Contracting. Our company address is 406 street. But we lease a property located at 531 street. I listed a third address which is not ours but is a real address, which is 1745 street. Now I have a officer telling me it could be home improvement fraud. It was stupid on my/ our behalf, is there a way we can resolve without jailtime etc? We did not give out that address to more than 2 people but the one is considering suing.

Go to a lawyer immediately and have him correct all of your records and licenses. You should NEVER conduct business without legal advice. You could be in BIG trouble.
