How does the Contractual capacity for each state in the USA differ in relation to minors?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Any minor lacks the capacity to enter into a valid contract. Different states may set different ages for who they consider minors, but that's all. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
