Credit check by employer
I was wondering if I get terminated for not allowing my employer to view my credit report do I have any legal recourse for lost wages?
I work in a foundry making Auto parts.

Absent a collective bargainng agreement or writen contract that prohibits your employer from making that request, you have no cause of action against an employer in Indiana.
