Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Customer claims we damaged her car during service, and is suing for damages. We can prove she is lying and that the damages occurred before service. Can we sue for fraud and/or defamation? If so, how, and how do we determine the amount to sue for?

Unfortunately there's probably nothing you can do here. You would have to come up with a way to show your business revenues declined as a result of her defamatory conduct. Tough situation. I wish I had a better answer for you.
Good luck.
