Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Customer refusing to pay remainder after work is complete stating job is not to his standards contract states the all work will Be warranty one year and any repairs on material or workmanship will be at contractors discretion can he sue me and possibly win or do I have a better chance

You’re talking about apples and oranges. Completing the work properly has nothing to do with warranties and repairs. He may be able to sue you. It’s always good to make sure you have a quality contract to protect you, one that is drawn up by a lawyer.
