Can I be discriminated against because of little or no experience to get a promaotion?

Employers can legally discriminate all the time. They are merely prohibited from discriminating in certain protected categories like race, ethnicity, religion and gender. Age is also a protected category, but only for old geezers like me. In your case, you can be validly discriminated against for your lack of experience. I suggest you stop worrying about discrimination, serve your employer and customers the best you can, gain some experience, then ask for a better job. Good luck.

That is not discrimination, experience is a qualifaction factor.
