dissolution
If a partner dissolves a partnership before death and had an agreement that the other partner would buy the partner's interest for 50,000 can the the widow sue? if so, How much would she get?

Since partnerships dissolve at time of death of a partner, you are actually asking a pretty fact fact sensitive question. I think the widow needs to get a lawyer to read the agreement and see if it was executed before death or not.

The agreement would have to be reviewed in its entirety before an answer can be provided. Since such a large amount is at issue, you should contact an attorney. Even if there is as much as a $500 consultation fee, with a $50,000 risk, you should pay it.
