Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Downpayments not received
A downpayment was not received for upcoming event we are providing services for. Stipulated we reserve the right to cancel if payment is not received 14 days prior to event. It is now 72 hours before the event and payment was not received. What are my options to follow through with my obligations?

You can cancel. Your other options depend upon the wording in your contract. If you go forward with the services, but are not paid, then you'll have to sue to collect. Perhaps you should initiate some frank discussions with the other parties to find out what the problem is and how it will be resolved.
