Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
My employer accidentally direct deposited twice my monthly pay. Can they remove it without letting me know?

Yes. Accidental deposits by a third party can be refunded, as long as you had no claim to it. In this case, there is a question. However, if you received your pay in some form, direct or othewise, there are no damages.
