Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
My employer handed out checks thursday so i cashed it.. but it was dated for friday... The bank charged my company $50 now my company is charging me $75.. Can they do this seeing as how they willing gave me the check a day early?

You should talk to the bank. The customar practice is to submit the check twice and I am sure it wasn't in one day. Additionally, your bank should have noted the date at the time that it was submitted nd not accepted it. Perhaps you can negotiate a lower fee or no fee at all.
