Employer Liability for employee driving on suspended license
My husband was incarcerated for driving on a suspended license. The employer hired, encouraged and was well aware of this. The job was the driving of a delivery truck. Does the Employer have any liability for the incarceration when they encouraged him to drive on a suspended license?
