Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
If my employer has refused my raise for no reason and given raises to other employees, is there anything i can do? The employer has already told me they will give no back pay and has recognized that a raise has been due for 6 months.

Your contract with the employer proabably controls this situation. You could sue for breach of contract if there is a mandatory raise clause. There may be other approaches and you should contact an employment lawyer in your area.

Look to the terms of your employment contract. It may set forth your employer's obligation (or lack thereof) to give periodic pay increases.
