Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
equipment rental
our organization signed a lease agreement with a large company for a peice of office equipment. There have been numerous billing problems, service problems, etc. Are we obligated to maintain the lease, or can we break it due to their incompetence? btw - we are a non-profit organization.

Re: equipment rental
You need to have the lease and all documentation of the problems reviewed by an attorney. If the problems have been so numerous that it interferes in a substantial way with your use of the equipment, you may be able to terminate the lease. However, you really do need to see an attorney.
Re: equipment rental
That depends on the lease. Take the lease to an attorney and get an opinion. It all depends on the text of the lease.
