Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
my father died in december mother died in july a revocable trust and power of attorney were in place. a CPA was hired to do 2009 taxes. all four children have equal rights to POA. CPA needs a signature on tax documents. is it legal for me as POA when mother was alive to sign tax documents as POA now that she is deceased?
